Complete the Registration Process

Fill in the registration form with the required details, ensuring accuracy. Double-check your entries before submitting to avoid any errors. Providing up-to-date information will help us deliver the best experience for you.

Confirmation and Next Steps

After submitting your registration, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email.

  • International registrants: Expect an official invitation letter and necessary documents within 5-7 business days.

    Booth Reservation Terms & Conditions

    I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
    I confirm that I have read and understand the following:

    • I am responsible for arranging my own insurance for the expo.

    • The expo organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or accidents.

    • If I do not have proper insurance, I accept full personal responsibility for any issues that may arise.

    • The booking fee is final and cannot be refunded, negotiated, or transferred for any reason.

    Booth Reservation

    Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once a 100% deposit is received.

    Payment options:

    Once you secure your booth, you will receive a confirmation of your spot via email, text, or WhatsApp.

    Payment & Refund Policy

    • Payment must be made in advance for all shows.

    • All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the event.

    • If payment is not received on time:

      • Your listing may not appear in the show pamphlet, floor plan, or advertisements.

    • All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds only for emergencies reported 30+ days before the event.

    Event Details & Setup

    • One-day event: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • Hall opens for exhibitors 1 hour before.

    • Booth setup must be completed by 11:00 AM.

    • Each booth includes:

      • One 6ft table (no tablecloth)

      • Two chairs

    • Bring extra lighting and power extensions.

    Acknowledgment & Liability

    • Insurance Requirement:

      • Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance.

      • The expo is not responsible for theft, loss, or accidents.

      • You are responsible for issues if uninsured.

    • Booth Sharing: Not allowed.

    • Fee Policy: Fees are final, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
