1. Shipping Overview
HPSSCANADA ships products worldwide. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated based on your delivery address and added to your order total at checkout.
All orders are processed and shipped once payment is successfully captured via our secure Stripe gateway.
2. Shipping Workflow
- You place your order on HPSSCANADA.
- Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order details.
- Shipment & tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you shipment details and a tracking number.
- Delivery: Wait for your package to arrive at your specified address.

4. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any of the following scenarios apply, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery:
Eligible Return Reasons
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Item fails to power on or function immediately upon unboxing.
- Wrong Item Shipped: You receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Transit Damage: Packaging shows visible damage and the item inside is broken or non-functional.
Ineligible Returns
- Special-Order/Sold-Out Items: Products marked “Pre-Order,” “Backorder,” or sold under promotional schemes.
- Opened/Used Products: Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging materials.
- Consumables & Software: Opened consumables (ink, film, bulbs) or digital/downloadable software.
- Customized Items: Goods built or modified to your specifications.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive RMA approval: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Pack & ship: Repack the item securely with all original packaging and include a copy of your invoice and RMA number.
- Shipping method: Use a trackable and insured carrier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds & Replacements
- Inspection: Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival.
- Replacements: We’ll ship a replacement of the same model (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-refundable items: Shipping fees (outbound and return) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
